我觉得99题an increase in表示结果表示是增长过的温度导致事物的SUPPLY DWINDING,用分词表示ON GOING,不好.

个人的一点小意见

这两题第一次做都错了，现在我说说我的看法哈，欢迎指正。

99题我是从逻辑来判断的，A选项排除所有修饰成分，就是去掉increasing，得到中心词temperatures,而B选项则中心词为increase。从逻辑上来看，变化才会产生问题（新东方课上讲的），所以应该是increase产生的上述问题，而不是temperatures本身。

96题则是另一个问题，我认为是关于doing的修饰问题。当无法区别D和E时，想到修饰的问题。doing可以随前就近修饰，则修饰temperature,那么显然是有歧义的。好像OG上说修饰成分应该尽量跟随被修饰成分，那么我觉得可以作为一个Effectiveness来排除错误的选项。

我对于９９题的看法．我对现在分词的总结

首先现在分词加逗号放句尾有两种功能：

１．做状语

２．作定语修饰前面核心名词

ＲＥＳＵＬＴＩＮＧ　ＦＯＲＭ　在ＳＵＰＰＬＩＥＲＳ后面，逻辑上不可能做定语修饰

做状语，分为两种１表示伴随２表示结果　这两种都不可能在ＲＥＳＬＵＴＩＮＧ　ＦＲＯＭ　上合理体现，因为表示伴随时，两者之间是同时发生，而逻辑上这里有先后顺序，表示原因呀．表结果更为不可能

理由２，ＲＥＳＬＵＴＩＮＧ　ＦＯＲＭ后的ＩＮＣＲＥＡＳＩＮＧ　的　中心不对　，这里应该为ＩＮＣＲＥＡＳＥ　更为ＩＤＩＯＭＡＴＩＣ

LS是根据句意来判断，因为MERGE和POWER是不平行的

同意LS的说法，先从Correctness排除，DE两个选项的平行结构是错误的,Merge与powers不平行，所以应该用来修饰的成分，A选项对比结构不对，前后不对应，上文是名词，下文为介词结构，不对应。从Effectiveness来看，B选项的Like产生歧义，对应的是主句is the force，显然是不对的。所以选C，C中的do应该是对应上文的一个具体动作。

我现在的问题在于不知道do具体对应的是哪一个动作。请NN解答。
