[求助]GMATPrep无法模考——问题已解决！

当我遇到问题的时候，很多人都过来帮我的忙，在此特别感激大家（尤其是stavan）！

为了回报大家的热心，我把最后GMAT Tech Support给我的有效解决方法帖子贴在下面，希望对以后遇到相同问题的朋友们有所帮助！

我快要考试了，想做模考来着的，但是发现安装好的程序不能够做prectice test也不能够做review里面的题目

程序是GMAT报名后来寄给我的。操作系统是：windows xp中文版（不知道这个是不是有问题？盘上面写要英文的，但也没见有人在CD上面写道一定要英文的呀~）报错的样子我附图了。

求求哪位好心人帮我想想这是什么问题吧！！！！

我很着急，现在一次都没有模过，心里没有底。

官方技术员的解决方法如下：

You may have directX video acceleration disabled. To check this, on the start menu, click run, type dxdiag, and click ok. This should bring up the DirectX Diagnostic Tool. On the Display tab, in a box labeled DirectX Features, check that the 3 types of acceleration are enabled. If they are not, try enabling them and launch the GMAT Prep Practice exam again. 
 
If one of the three options is unavailable, you will need to download the most current version of DirectX from the following website:  http://www.microsoft.com/windows/directx/default.mspx
 
If that does not fix the error, Try this:
 
Right click the GMAT Prep icon and left click properties. On the Shortcut tab find the box labeled Target.
 
In the target box, copy and paste the following path into that box:
 
"C:\Program Files\GMATPrep\jre\bin\javaw.exe" -ms64m -mx256m -Dsun.java2d.noddraw=true -jar  "C:\Program Files\GMATPrep\lib\GMATPrep.jar" "C:\Program Files\GMATPrep"

根据提示..好像是java虚拟机调用出了问题

一般来说..经常出现的问题应该是一直loading..那是因为帐号为中文名的关系..

新建一个英文的帐号...可以解决问题..楼主这个情况我没有遇到过...

不行也新建一个新的用户帐户试试..反正也不费时...

我现在的系统账号是英文的，或许可以试试再新建一个

不过我不知道java虚拟机是什么东西，请问这个东西可以上什么地方更新吗？（貌似我的防火墙会帮我揽掉很多java的自动下载...）

确认一下帐号, ctrl+alt+del, 会出现任务管理器, 可以看到进程, 进程名字右边是系统的用户名, 这里显示为准, 如是英文的, 那就不是帐号的问题

说到防火墙....难道是杀毒软件的问题? prep应该不会调用网络啊....

我也出现过那个问题，我试过装JVM, 但没有用，用google找了半天，终于找到解决办法了，希望对你也有用，应该是显卡driver没有装

Try to get a driver from the manufacturer of your graphic card, it may
be in the CDs that comes with motherboard incase your graphic card is
on motherboard. Incase its PCI based graphics card you will definately
have CD for it.

    

Since you are not computer savy, I dont think you would have a PCI based graphics card until you have addiction to PC Games.

    

Pressuming you have on board card...following are the steps that you should perform to get the drivers.

Go to Control Panel

Click on System

Select Hardware tab.

Click on Device Manager.

Now you will see all the hardwares attached to your computer.....phew this is becoming a techie thread rather than GMAT thread
    

Now when u expand Display Adapters you will see name of your graphics card.

Once you have name of your graphics card just google it and get drivers for winXP

Install the drivers, hopefully you will be able to run GMATPrep.

这个是看“显示卡”吗？然后应该怎么做呢？你能再详细教我一下吗？十分十分感谢！

晕是显卡驱动的问题吗?

楼主去找你电脑的安装盘, 然后看看有没有显卡的驱动...

关键还是确认你用的是什么显卡..呵呵

回楼上：我的安装盘是toshiba原装的windows什么什么的，好像没有其他的安装盘了...

(这个时候我可不能重装电脑...最近在处理毕业论文的数据，好多统计软件重装都不知道找谁了...唔唔唔...)
