红的地方，我觉得不是结论亚，我感觉这是一个原理亚，我一般把逻辑里面已知的一些东西，就像解数学题一样作为公理，也就是BOLDFACE中的principle，不知道对不对！

14. "standards of living" is diferent from "quality of life". The first one means  the level of comfort and wealth which you have. But the second one means how good or bad of life.

我是通过排除法做的, 但这道题花了一定的时间, 就是没想通为什么"有免疫系统了, 照道理应该是P病的发病率下降, 怎么会上升?"

明白鸟，D说的和原文的第一句有矛盾了，因为人家已经说了比较access to goods and services就可以反映生活水平啦。

这里的问题就是这个access to goods and services很难确定，也就是A所说的内容。
