Totally agree.  CMA is nothing compared to CPA, no wonder why IMA is losing market in US and the rest of the world, except in mainland China.

两者方向完全不同，完全没有可比性。CMA的内容不仅仅限于考试，CMA培养的是以战略的眼光来看财务，而CPA只是技术层面的东西，虽然它的考试更难。如果你真的觉得CMA就是考试的那些内容那我只能说你是井底之蛙了。"management position in accounting department" only means in "accounting department" rather than "the real management"。（本人CICPA已通过，刚参加完CMA part4 的考试）

我觉得也是，大家拿简单，难说事，难道难就很好，很有用吗？我倒是觉得CMA挺适合我的，很有启发。比如part 1，我考了640，不是为了分数高，我复习得好，是因为我复习认真或是对这个感兴趣，我才考得好。假如广大同志目的是为了通过，那样真没有收获。就像毕业找工作，觉得那些面试一轮一轮的很难进的公司很好，进了很有面子，走上社会，发现完全不是这么回事。
