Gmat score changed from 560 to 620 in 2 months

On Oct 20, I got only 17 for verbal. It seems that my previous 6 months hard work was totally useless. http://forum.chasedream.com/dispbbs.asp?boardID=34&ID=20868
Then I decided to take Toefl first. So from Oct 21 to Dec 2 I used some time to prepare Toefl but most time for GMAT. Then, On Dec 2, I got 210-267 in CBT,later I checked my TWE score by telephone and knew that I got a 6!(Unbelievable). I was extremely happy about the score because 1 year ago before I came to Canada, I got only 550(4.0) for toefl.
Today I took the GMAT test again. Sadly, only 23(31%) for verbal. (Can somebody tell me approxmetely how many percentage did I make right answers for verbal part?) I am gonna take GMAT for the third time one month later. I already went over OG, LSAT CR for several times, and looked through XDF's SC book. I still really hate RC part because in a real test I had no time to understand any article.  
I would really appreciate you who can gave me some good suggestions on how to improve my Verbal part more. Thanks a lot in advance.
