题目：Some students prefer to study alone. Other students prefer to study with a group of students. Which do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

Study alone or study with some other students? It is not a problem for most of people because most of us have our own study habits. Some of them prefer to study alone since they feel they can be highly concentrated them attention when they stay alone. While, I think studying in group is a better choice for me for the reasons which will be demonstrated in the following part of this essay.

The first issue should be emphasized here is that studying with a group of students will help me get a comprehensive understanding of certain topic. Suppose that a single student usually dose not know every aspect of a topic. It is necessary for the others to make some supplement for it. Only under this way, can a topic be discussed radically. A good example in case is that once my study group was allocated to develop a virtual business plan for a newly opened software company. During this process some of our group members concerned on the potential marketing work, some of them concern about the accounting scheme of the company, as well as others put their attention on how to find balance point the requirement and technology. Through studying of this case, not only did our group receive highly praise from professor, more importantly, we learned every possible aspect of a business and understand business more comprehensive than before.

 

Equally important as the comprehensive understanding of a certain issue are the qualities beyond knowledge. For instance, by studying in group students can learn how to state their opinions in a group discussion, how to collaborate with other group members who are with different personalities, how to lead a group discussion, how to resolve conflict between group members. All of these abilities are essential quality which will lead them to succeed in their future career. It is studying in group that can help them obtain these benefits.

Admittedly, studying with group may not fit for some students, because they said that they can not focus their attention when together other students. Thus, in order to improve efficiency, they choose to study alone. In addition, studying alone certainly helps students build up the ability of research independently which is a crucial quality for research work.

From what have been discussed above, it is safe for us to draw that conclusion that, students would benefit more form studying with group. Considerable though the advantage of studying alone is, it can not compare with the advantage of studying with a group, when comprehensive understanding of knowledge and the gains beyond knowledge were taken into account.

Some people hold the opinion that studying alone is superior to studying in groups in many ways.Others,however,contradict the former idea.personally,I would prefer studying alone because I think it has more advantages.There are numerous reasons why I approve and I would in here explain a few of the important ones.
        

      
            The main reason is that studying alone may cultivate my independence.As know to everyone,independence is one of the most critical characters of a successful man.Without independent thoughts and opinions,one can scarcely be extraordinary in the crowds.It can be given a concrete example that animals such as fox and eagle will be secluded separted from their parents to learn the survival skills when they are about to be grow up.Seeing from this,even animals do such insightful and perspective things,so why not we,human beings,act in the same way?
            

      
            Another reason why I advocate the attitude of studying alone is that it is more effecient and quaker than working in a group.People may think that they can discuss and draw a better conclusion by putting heads together,however,that may be a waste of time when they argue all the time and can not reach an agreement.They will spent too much of the valuable time in odds and ends,which are too trivial.
            

      
            And one very strong argument for studying alone is that we may not be affected by others,especially by some so-called leaders.People who draw great influences in a group by authority.It will be nice if they are occidental right,but when they come up with the wrong ideas,it must mislead the group more or less.
            

      
            So,from what has been debated above,I finally draw the conclusion that studying alone is the better one.
