Hi, Pippi, it's ok now. I did  it this afternoon again(eastern time). Probably it was jammed last night. Kaplan 2003 has been sucessfully installed. I am working on 2002. Thanks so much. HAPPY NEW YEAR.

Hell! I fixed Kaplan but failed to operate PP3. I did everything following the instruction. I was told to restarted. I did. but I don't where to start when I am back. I tried to click data1.cab(not sure if this is) but couldn't open it. there is no  .exe file.

PLEASE! Give me some hint.  Many thanks!!!
