check out the Chinese Embassy website

I remember they can re-issue your passport if you lost it, and it won't take very long

for I94, maybe you can consult the intl' student office at your univ.

If you have photocopies for all your stuff, your passport, I-94, it won't take a long time to get reissued. But, if you don't have a photocopy for each of them, you need to wait for a long time for your passport and your I-94. If you don't have plan to travel outside U.S. these days, you don't worry about your visa stamp.

You can go to International student service to ask whether they have a copy of all you records. Some schools made a copy when new students come and regiter.
