HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I lost my I-20 and passport with the visa and I-94 attached to it. I am
currently a F-1 student here in OHIO. I know the school can reissue I-20
very quickly. However, what should I do to get the passport as well as the I
-94 as soon as possible?
I called the embassy, but it seems to be very bureacractic and all of the
phone call is answered by machine.
Has someone here experienced the lost of passport before, and what are the
steps to get a new one as soon and as convinient as possible? Thanks

虽然我没遇到过这种情况，但原来也有听人说过，只知道要花不少钱重办，好像只有飞机上的I94是免费的
