求助，关于 DS-156 表上的几个空怎么填

这栏要不要填? 大使馆给的例子上这栏没填.

22 When do you intend to arrive in the U.S.?

学校要求6月20号之前到,这栏怎么填, 6月20号还是 17,18,19 这些都可以?

24 At what address will you stay in the U.S.?

宿舍还没定,怎么填呢?

25 Name and telephone numbers of person in U.S. Who you will be staying with or visiting for tourism or business?

这栏填学校的 director of admission 行不?

28 who will pay for your trip?

本人情况(半奖,剩下前家里出), 填什么呢? my school and my parents??

这栏填中文?大使馆给的例子上填的是中文,但是 DS-156 开头有这么一句:"您必须用英文做答且只能键入英文字符".

我建议你填学校地址, 然后注明你还要在附近租房子

不填, 那是给b1/b2的准备的

应该: school scholarship & support from parents

这个不是在线填的, 是填完了打印出来后手签的, 所以签中文吧, 我上次签b1/b2就签的中文
