Here is what would happen: after you receive your Master degree, you find a job and apply for OPT, which lasts as long as one year. During this one year, you can ask your employer to sponsor your H1B visa. I would recommend you to work for more than one year before applying for MBA ( applying when you secure H1B visa ). Based on my understanding, applying when you still in the OPT period will be a huge disadvantage for your post-MBA job hunting because of 1, you don't have OPT any more, and 2, the time restraint on your H1B application.
