Did somebody get Finance offer from University of Arizona?

Anybody got PhD in Finance offer or does anybody know who get offer from U of Arizona (PhD in Finance)? I am put on the waiting list. I know that this U is not so good in terms of study and life, but I have no offers. I am rejected by Universities in good area. If you have it, could you let me know if you will accept it or not? So I may change my expectation. Thanks a lot firstly.
