tulane 给我加钱了....但是很诡异....

这个学校很贵 我查了一下他们的网页 说一年的TUITION要35000+ 先是说给我13000一年的TW....今天给我加钱了....

Dear Mr. XXX:

        

With the approval of the Department of Mathematics, I am very pleased to offer
you admission to the master’s degree program in the School of Science
and Engineering beginning with the fall semester of 2008. As I am sure
you know admission to a graduate program of Tulane’s quality is
competitive. Because the research vitality of the university
feeds on the intellectual interchange among our graduate students and
faculty, we scrutinize candidates’ records very carefully before making
our selections. We think that you will contribute to the scholarly
dialogue that is vital to a good master’s degree program. On our part,
we offer you a small, selective program with a collegial atmosphere in
which each student receives close, personal supervision.

        

Tuition for the academic year 2008-2009 is projected to be $7,000 per
semester. There is also an academic support services fee of $300 per
semester; a student health fee of $272 per semester; a Reily Recreation
fee of $120 per semester; and a student activities fee of $120 per
semester. In addition, all Tulane students are required to have medical
insurance coverage (at their own expense).

        

Enrollment in a graduate program at Tulane requires that you hold a
bachelor’s degree. If you have not already done so, please have your
final transcript (with the degree posted) sent to the department before
the beginning of the fall 2008 semester.

这个学校不可能学费才7000一学期 那他是加奖学金了....但是为什么他不说给了我多少呢？甚至连financial aid，tuition waiver之类的词都没有出现了....这个OFFER是不是有什么问题呢？
