unless的问题我一直没搞明白

比如说 not .A unless B => A->B（这个应该对吧？）

那么，问一句话的解释：

the reason is that the bottlenecks and delays cannot be eliminated unless all work is done right the first time ( OG 11-110 )

根据前面那个公式的话，不是翻译成“如果瓶颈和延误被消除，那么所有的工作在第一时间都能做好”

这个翻译对吗？总觉得非常奇怪啊~~

应该是这个意思,"瓶颈消除－－>第一时间正确"那么逆推回来就是＂第一时间错误－－＞有瓶颈＂，

其实也就是把答案Ａ给翻译过来了，可我很不明白题干问的是假设，可Ａ是从文章的最后一句话里直接推理出来的，怎么就对文章构成了假设呢？？

presupposition就是assumption的意思，supposition就是suppose的名词，pre-这个前缀代表“之前，在。。以前”的意思，所以presupposition的意思就是“一开始已经suppose了的东西”，也就是假设。。。

    

原文的意思是，fast cycle time能够消除瓶颈和延误。同时，fast cycle time不仅能提高生产速度，而且能保证生产质量。之所以如此，原因是除非所有工作都能第一次就做好，否则瓶颈和延误就不可能被消除。（也就是说，因为fast cycle time消除了瓶颈和延误，于是，造成瓶颈和延误的flaw也被消除了，所以生产质量也能保证了）

但问题是，并不是所有flaw都会造成瓶颈和延误，fast cycle只消除了会产生瓶颈和延误的flaw，但它并不能消除所有flaw，所以“因为fast cycle，所以质量能保证”这种说法就不对了

这就是A的意思，原文的argument就是based on一个questionable的假设：所有flaw都会产生瓶颈和延误
