The normal age range of our students is 26-36 and our entry requirements
are:

A good degree and/or professional qualification.
A good balanced GMAT score (the average at Cranfield is 660).
The British Council English Language Test (IELTS) result in band 7 or a
TOEFL score of around 600 (paper test) or 250 (computer test).
At least 3 years post qualification work experience. This ensures that
students get maximum benefit from the programme. We find that students
learn from each others' experience, as well as that of the teaching
staff. Because of this requirement for full-time, permanent
postgraduate work experience we are unlikely to consider any applicants
under the age of 25.

Competition for places at Cranfield is fierce, and there are no
exceptions to these requirements.

你要的是MBA的吧？25岁以下的话本科还不到3年工作经验啊英国MBA都要求3年以上的

我相信你申请美国同档次的学校也需要一样的经历，除非你的其他经历很突出
