我选的是E可是答案是C。为什么E不对呢？

现在的market需求有限导致US的太阳能设备出口，而政府的举措能刺激这种设备的需求，因此以后不出口也没有关系了。这逻辑思路为什么不对？

C有些类比的意思我明白，但是觉得E更正确啊

This is a very ticky question!

E is not correct because the expanded US market could be taken advantage of by European manufacturers, unless C is correct. Therefore C is more fundamentally correct.

E: increasing US market does not always lead to advantages to US manufacturers, especially in this open market in global ages. Every manufacturer can compete in the increased US market. If US manufacturers are not competetive enough, it is not going to benefit US manufactuers at all.
