谢谢啊，我知道management 最容易被lay off, 这在美国任何大公司都一样，不只是投行，不过 new employee也一样，也就是说刚去的。我可不希望被lay off，不过更不想在里面stress out。

我觉得投行都快saturated， 还不断的 luanch new undergrad programs like financial engineering ， 这些人出来前景只能更不promising，还是做entrepreneur 好。

不是intern, 是full time， analyst 本科毕业。我不在中国，当初都不知道GS有北京。申请都是纽约和香港的。

谢谢。我听说Merrill lynch offer 有什么更改，其他都不清楚，jp morgan 至少我同学的没有取消。我现在不关心别的，只关心GS，GS催我accept offer 时候效率真高，现在过了快3个月了把我忘了。

 我很烂的，就是iterview 和老美聊得不错。你可以看看vault guide for investment banking, it's simpe and concise... 我从那读得IB org structure

我认为back office有 technology, operations, HR, accounting, compliance 之类的，哪个fall under 哪个不清楚的。。。
