Campus Interview vs Alum Interview

If you are already in US, which one would you choose?

Alum interview ( nicer? easier? )

On campus interview (tougher? but showed great commitment and passion to school?)

Please share your thoughts, thanks

Depend on who you are.

Alumni interview is nicer simply because in some school on-campus interviews are conducted by 2nd year students.  Some of students are less experiences, and immature (young & mean).  If you are young and from typical MBA background, then go on-campus; if you feel shy, then try Alum interview (they have more experience than students, already have jobs and/or family). 

But in other schools, on-campus interviews are conducted by admission staff.  In this case, you should go to campus to show your commitment.
