The list shown consists of the times, in seconds, that it took each of 10 schoolchildren to run a distance of 400 meters.  If the standard deviation of the 10 running times is 22.4 seconds, rounded to the nearest tenth of a second, how many of the 10 running times are more than 1 standard deviation below the mean of the 10 running times?

题目都没看懂，是不是说：上面这组数是以秒为单位的时间，表示10个小孩跑400米的成绩。如果这10个数的标准方差是22.4秒，四舍五入到0.1秒，这10个数中有多少个数与平均数相差大于1个标准方差的（就是这不懂，使这个意思吗？什么叫1 standard deviation ）？

什么叫1 standard deviation？是不是平均数是100, 那么与平均数的标准方程大于1就按公式早出比平均数小的数，两个数，两个数的求？好像不太对劲 

求教！！

平均数是100,上面10个数相加除以10

题目说,这组数的方差四舍五入到十分位是22.4

题目问:10个里面有几个数,比平均数小,且小的程度要大于1个方差

解答:平均数是100,比平均数小1个方差就是100-22.4=77.6

发现只有70和75两个数字符合条件.
