You can file a written complain (a letter or email) to landlord.  Take a picture next morning after their party is over (you dont' want  a direct comflict with them).  In some cases, landlord will kick them out because you are not the only one who files a complain.

我不会跟他们产生正面冲突的,那帮酒鬼10个我也弄不过他们一个啊,况且他们是好几十个人.必须得想点办法治他们.而且,他们就是瞧不起中国人在这里,所以故意欺负我们,我就是咽不下这口气.
