这个句子取自白勇的GMAT语法。简单翻译了一下，

尽管最高法院早在1880年就规定了黑人不能被完全的排除出评审团，将近一个世纪的审判案例有必要执行和发展这个原则，该原则就是评审团必须从一个公正的多样人群中产生。

但怎么都无法理解开头的Although和后面的necessary,总感觉Although完意思该转一下，大家怎么看？
