我觉得Ｄ中的that是修饰land的，因为是限定，所以修饰紧跟的名词。

Ｅ中的existing是不对的，因为原文的意思是大陆桥曾经出现在Ｓ和Ａ之间，如果用existing则表示一直持续的感觉，也就是说到现在还依然存在，所以逻辑意思不对。
