my application status for wharton R2 is already complete. Could anyone tell me what the next step is going to be after "complete"..is it going to be "under review" or it's going to be directly interview invitation???

The 'Complete' status means that all your application materials are ready for AdCom Review. Therefore, you do not need to do anything but wait for the interview invitation. Keep relax.

Relax啦。给自己轻松一点的活动，也给AdCom一点时间来打印你的所有材料吧。
我第一轮的时候，过了好长时间才complete的。

so does that mean, the earlier your status is "complete", the earlier you would receive the interview invitation?
