No matter which big company you stay, it must be a plus for your application. For the pay (only compared with those with MT program). In marketing P&G is the highest, but it only accept for master to apply. And P&G's program is one way up, which means it focus on functional leadership and u can't switch to other deptments. If for college level applicants, BAT's pay is almost the same, but within 1 or 1.5 year the salary will outbeat P&G's (BAT gives salary rasie half year). Nestle and UL seems to be very local, and UL's performance in TW sucks. UL seems to look for good kinds they like rather than outstanding kids. Don't have inside info about Cocacola but I guess it will be great. Second tier FMCG MT programs must be 金百利克拉克 and J&J, not that famous. As far as I know J&J's turnover rate is also very high.
