以下是引用liangclarence在2008-1-10 18:08:00的发言:In FMCG, L'oreal's investment on MT is poor. In Taiwan, its program is far behind other companys as BAT, P&G, Uniliver,Nestle and CocaCola. Sometimes PPl inside will forget who are MTs. But it knows how to market its company brand and the recruiting is competitve. The culture encourages competition, and somehow creates what you describe as "勾心鬥角" environment.Turnover rate is very high Its pay is not so attractive for freshmen. I would say its a company good for you to be head-hunted. They used to recruit talent outside rather than cultivate internal talents as P&G and BAT do. Thanks a lot. Did you say so as an insider or ...? Actually Im not planning to stay in L'Oreal for a long period if I do join them. I am just wondering if it is a good forum for fresh graduates to gain first-hand marketing experiences. Although my undergraduate major is accounting, I really want to do the marketing work in the future. Does it help to apply for IMC programs in US and MBA in LUXE program in France if I work in L'Oreal for 3 or 4 years? Thanks again.
