有人受到 ETS给的LETTER 证明DEC15没有考不是你的问题是他们的马？ ETS不是说要给我们那天没有考的人letter 吗？ 我到现在都没有受到， 当时他写在ETS website的link也没有了， 那位高人保留了那个link， 能给1下吗

On December 15, ETS experienced an internal service disruption during the check-in procedure for its TOEFL iBT test administration.

ETS is working to establish a make-up test date early in the new year. Affected test takers will be contacted by Prometric and rescheduled to either the make-up test date or a test date that better suits their needs.

ETS can provide a letter that test takers can give to prospective universities explaining that their scores will be delayed through no fault of their own. Students wishing to receive the letter should use the following link and submit the information requested in the web form: http://www.prometric.com/ContactUs/TestTakers/GlobalCSForm.htm.

We sincerely apologize to test takers for this inconvenience.

终于找到了,还好当时回贴的时候顺便把它贴了上来,不过有人拿到证明吗,我现在也忙着要一份呢 ,学校那边没成绩就是批准不了入学.

 今天直接打prometric的电话了,搞了20多分钟,开始一段都是语音等待,后来知道我要道歉证明信,然后给我转到一个supervisor去,那个supervisor态度还不错,不知道敲敲打打了好久,然后就给我email一个word文档,上面有我的名字的,然后说打印出来给学校看就可以了. 看来打电话还是最快的方式!!! 大家都直接去打电话好了.
