5. The advantage and disadvantage of the new factory in our community

 

Considering the background ,it is the right time to develop the industry in my country ,to build a new factory is a positive measure to support the developing of the economy, however ,when a new factory exists in our community ,the life of the people will change a lot in many aspects.

 

The bad impacts that the factory will have on the environment are undeniable .No doubt it will become worse if the factory produces some products, which make use of some resources as the fuel. ,such as carbon .In this way ,the air around the place where we live will become dirty ,which do harm to the human’s health .Another deficiency of new factory is the fact that the noise made by the factory will interrupt the people’s normal life . In some cases ,a person who works as DJ in the bar ,thus s/he has to have a rest in a day ,at the same time ,the factory will not change its schedule ,as a result ,it is not surprising that the life of this person may be disturbed .We have no definite evidence to say that the factory contributes nothing but bad to the community ,but it is absolutely true that it will bring some effects on the community.

 

After building the factory, the local economy will improve more or less .The reason is straightforward: the opportunity of working is coming; the employment rate is increasing; the contribution of the tax from the factory raised .In other words, the life situation may be improved because of the development of the new factory. It is little a bit haste to say that it is better to build a new factory than not to in some communities.

 

According to my observation and the situation in my community, the disadvantage of a factory is overweight the advantages .A new factory is not necessary now, since our community is in the centre of the city ,the quiet of the environment ,is the person concerns most recently.
