Drivers should pay a fee to be allowed to drive on the city streets during the time when there is the greatest amount of traffic.(Agree or disagree)

 

 

When discussing the controversial issue that whether drivers should pay a fee to be permitted to drive on the city streets during the time when there is the greatest amount of traffic , there are always two opposite answers which are mutual conflicting while put in different situations.The case-specific fact under various circumstance makes most people start answer with”Depends.” From my understanding,I can not agree with them ,because my experience show me that it is really necessary for drivers to pay a fee if they wanna drive on the city streets during the rush hours.

 

 

The reasons as a fact is, to some degree,more complex than hypothesis constructed by common people especially without extensive experience of relevance.To this extent, the paper will firstly introduce the main concepts of two sectors and  it follows a detailed analysis,and then it comes to the conclusion.

 

In terms of relieving the traffic jam,it is very necessary for the government to charge the drivers who wanna drive on the city streets during the time when there is the greatest amount of traffic.If this policy could be put into practice,there might be less cars drive on the streets during the rush time,which would be very convenient for people.Maybe they won’t need to worry about going home late for dinner.

 

 

In addition,there is some part of great value that sometimes might be ignored by common people,that is the money  paid by the drivers could be made good use of by the government.It is a great choice for them to spend the money building a high-way,which may bring the public more convenience.If these could occurs some day,the citizens may never worry about traffic jam,they could go everywhere they wanna be at any time of the day.

 

In some cases,people would argue that drivers may have some trouble because of this  .For example ,it might be very embarrassed when they forget to carry their wallet while they are driving .I do agree with them .However ,in this situation, paying a fee still turns out to a better way  if we take the comparatively high ratio of benefit/cost into account.

 

 

To sum up ,it might be explained that these reasons sometimes intertwine to form an organic whole and thus become more persuasive than any one of them.Since people with different intention hold different ideologies,it might be very hard to cover all the actors as a whole.Therefore,even though the driver may encounter some embarrass , they should pay a fee to be allowed to drive on the city streets during the rush hours ,since relieving the traffic jam and money could be used to improve the transportation system stll make the paying fee during the rush hours the better choice.

While you are eager to drive home to have a great dinner with your family after a heavy day ,you are trapped in the traffic jam.And at that time,your cell phone rings,your child is expecting you with a  empty stomach,you feel more worried .However, being surrounded by the buses and cabs ,what else could you do ?You have no choice but to wait.Sounds pathetic?
