I hate to spread the bad news. but please be aware of that there is a crisis in Penn state about the contracting issues between government and professors.

I do not mean that it is going to cause any bad impact, because I simply don't know. but just a friendly reminder to people who don't know and are going to pay the full tuition

How is things? It has been quite some time since our last talk.I hope you had a great new year and that you're doing all well.

I am quite confused as well. could you pls be a bit specific/ Do you mean that such crisis will detrimental to the program itself? I though the new dean has put quite a lot efforts on the program ever since she landed in Smeal.I do hear quite some good words on the school. One evidenc of the improvement is that its rank jumps this year in FT .

I am also puzzled that why the trouble aroused of the contract between the govenment and profesior not the contract between the school and the professor?

Hello
            Wei has informed me that you may be interested in applying to Penn State’s Smeal MBA Program.  I would definitely encourage you to do so.  My experience in the 1st semester alone has been invaluable.  Smeal was my 1st choice in regards to MBA programs, and I arrived with very high expectations.  I am happy to say that my expectations have been exceeded and there were many bonuses that I did not count on.  The size of the program allows you to form a personal bond with many of your classmates and the faculty.  Bob Wheeler the director of the program has gone above and beyond the call of  duty many times, and always has time for students enrolled in the program.  I could not have anticipated this level of concern in an MBA program.  I am doing the my best to take all that I can from the program, and believe that if I am able to do so, I will end up with an education that rivals that obtainable at any University. I also find myself learning almost as much from my colleagues as I do in the class room, the diversity of backgrounds, as well as experiences is definitely an asset of this program.  In short, I am very happy with my choice of the Smeal program, and can look back with no regrets.

花则不累

我去年申请了,但是过了international的Deadline,他们encourage我今年直接激活就可以.于是我激活了,update了我的essay和resume,前两天面试过了,很紧张的感觉,因为那个mm问了我太多问题了.现在就是等了,那个mm告诉我psu的supply chain management 很有名.楼主得多关照啊.
