我感觉是一样的,不知道对不对....

No. they're different. (sorry, I don't have Chinese input on this computer now)

Y is more than 10%Z means Y>10%Z (Y da yu or duo yu 10%Z,)

Y is 10% more than Z means Y bi Z duo 10% (Y=110%Z)

I think  the above should be B=2A
