At present the Hollywood Restaurant has only standard-height tables.  However, many customers come to watch the celebrities who frequent the Hollywood, and they would prefer tall tables with stools because such seating would afford a better view of the celebrities.  Moreover, diners seated on stools typically do not stay as long as diners seated at standard-height tables.  Therefore, if the Hollywood replaced some of its seating with high tables and stools, its profits would increase.

lz对C选项的理解有误，如下：

意思是一个选择坐在高桌子旁边的顾客，和那些大多喜欢闲逛的顾客相比，是少数。

我也觉得E很好呢，翻译是

with enough tall tables to accommodate all the Hollywood's customers interested in such seating, there would be no view except of other tall tables

为了适应这些喜欢这么坐（坐在高桌子旁边的）的顾客必然要配备足够的高桌子，而这样一来，这些顾客能看到的风景除了其他高桌子就没别的了。（看不到明星）

所以不是反驳了么？高桌子是没用的。好像比C更strong呢~

莫非有常识在里面？比如明星一定比高桌子高？可是已经说了no view except了啊……

高椅子多，利润上升，错误之处在于。高椅子客人逗留时间短，点的菜更便宜，利润更低。

1.理解E的意思就明白E无关: 有足够的TALL TABLES给感兴趣的顾客,除TALL TABLES有VIEW外外,坐在其他类型座位的顾客就没有VIEW啦.

其它座位的情况和原文推理无关.不要将原文的EXCEPT丢了.

正文的推论是profit increase，而d说revenue会减少，而且我觉得特别的符合题干it gives the reason to believe that...我简直就是直奔答案。。。但还是错了。。

还有关于c好像和正文“Moreover, diners seated on stools typically do not stay as long as diners seated at standard-height tables”矛盾啊，正文明明说的是typically，应该是generalization了。有点太强词夺理了吧。。。
