success.” Do you agree or disagree with the quotation above? Use specific
reasons and examples to explain your position.

    

    

In my point of view, luck really matters on our business, but hard working
is the essential way to achieve success. One cannot keep their enterprise
prosperous long if they do not dedicate their
brilliance and talents, even if he leads a happy life with the help with luck.
So it seems true that what you should do is through making sustained efforts in your daily life and get well
prepared, when luck knocks at the door, you can rapidly
(promptly or) build attainment.
                

    

There are really some lucky dogs who(that) never experience tough times or
taste the failure in fierce competition with other rivals(antagonists), because
at that time, the realm he works in meets the need of the market, and his
products sells well without needing to consider other aspects like cost-control
or selling strategy. However,
the foundation of his cooperation is so fragile (or frail) that it may have
little resistance toward the freeze and crisis
                of the
market. When other opponents join to
share the cake, accompanied with great
decline (descend) of the price and TV sets filling with kinds of ads of the
same product, those lucky guys may be festinate to face the challenge and cannot prolong their good
fortune. Countless examples tell us about the law of the market, only those who
delicate numerous efforts on the quality of products and see through the profound
consuming desire of the customers can make
their enterprise long-live.
                

    

However, we also find that many people who spare no efforts in their
career still couldn't get ideal results that
they want. Most of the time, the majority of them chose a wrong direction, and
as the saying goes "Those who move faster and die more quickly in the
wrong direction", if the whole market is
saturated with big companies with huge capital and ample(abundant) human resource, or the initial
capital to start a industry
            required in this area is extremely high like the
real estate, just one person with scarce money
but want to make a fortune through hard working may suffer a lot, since he
almost have no chance (qualification) to
enter the competition. Besides the cause of choosing wrong direction, there are
also some factors (ingredients
and equations) like the policy changing. For instance, thousands of
companies start smelting steel several years ago in that China is in
short of iron products. However, after the government ordered every province to
close those steel plants which were in uncompetitive
scale and brought about serious pollution to the environment, those entrepreneurs have no choice but to face the doom
of failure.

Last but not the least, man couldn't ignore the role that luck plays. It
seems luck also differs according to the situations, some is created when you
are working hard and accumulate the experience and set close relationship with the
people in the field. Other may be attributed
to the kindness of the god, it is just time
for you to succeed with no reason. Take Bill Gates for example, he was crazy
about computer and providently grasp the
precious opportunity to write operation
system for personal computer. With tight cooperation with IBM, he catch the
pulse of information tide  and make a lot
of fortune during the 70s last century. Suppose if the computer development
came later, and other people like Jobs (former CEO of Apple co.) also find the chance,
Gates may have a long way to go. But that’s just a imagination. For those in synchronous time with Gates, they cannot predict
the birth of computer when it really come into being and before they implement
their reaction, Gates get the first step. That’s luck exactly, but we should
respect his prodigious efforts. 
    

So in summary, man has to have a comprehensive view about what field he is
devoting to and choose the right way of doing things, when the direction is set
up, he can get well prepared for the future by diligent work. Luck may really
come and you may even create luck yourself. God
will always help those who help themselves.
