2007.2.24 which is more important for students to understand?Ideas and concept or learn facts.

Have you ever suspected others after being cheated  ? Have you ever remembered one thing and can never forget it? Have you ever found you got the skill after you do the experiment by yourself  ? If you do, I believe that you’ll know why learn facts is more important for students to understand.

  First of all, learn facts has the durability in people’s lives. There is an old saying that: “ A burnt child dreads the fire.” I still remembered very clearly I was bitten by a snake when I was six years old. Today, I’m still feeling scared when I see a snake or something like a snake. The experience I  have make the deeply impression on my mind that I think I’ll never forget it. Learn facts can have the durability impression in people’s lives.

  Second point to take into account is that learn facts make people become more sensible than that of ideas and concept. According to the statistics provided by an institute, it can be learned that ninety percent of adults feel sensible when they do the thing in the second time compared with only ten percent of them feel sensible when they do a new thing which they just have an idea in mind. The result of the survey also indicates that ideas and concept which are not be done by oneself can not have deep impression on one’s mind. Researchers believed that people’s sensibility can make them understand better.

  Last but not least, people will have more fun during learn facts than just have the ideas. And that will make them understand better. Suppose that we will have a report on biology. You may have the concept from the teachers , but you can not quite understand it unless you do the experience by yourself. Through the funny experience you can really get it and remember it.

  I am always learn facts though do it by myself if I have got an idea then I can really understand it. I hope the success that I have had up to now by learning in this way will continue to make me success in the future.
