这是鄙人的第一次,水平很菜,敬请各位生拍。

Topic:What are some important qualities of a good boss? Use specific details and examples to explain whythesequalities areimportant.

Deng Xiaoping, the designer of Chinese Reform and Opening-up, said that a good boss is half of the success of the company. And I think it is true that with a capable boss a company is easier to succeed. There is no denying that every worker is important to the company, however, since the boss is at the dominant position, he is more influential to the company. So what kind of boss is the most likely to lead his company to success? As far as I’m concerned, a good boss must have the following qualities.

 

First of all, a good boss should be far-sighted. So fast the world is changing that nobody knows what will happen next. A high-qualified boss should not only keep his eye on today but tomorrow and even the day after tomorrow. It is universally acknowledged that Bill Gates, the CEO of Microsoft, is one of the most successful bosses in the history. The reason why Bill Gates can open gates for bills is that this man is productive. He gave up his study in Harvard and open up his own company with his friend Paul to make software when computer was not so popular. At that time he has few competitors, so when PC became popular people found that almost all the softwares are made by Microsoft. It’s no wonder that Gates can stand on the top of the world.

 

Furthermore, a good boss ought to be firm. Hesitation is by no means an advantage for a boss, because in business hesitation means failure. Let’s take the transformation of the Italian Serie A last summer as an example. The football club AC Milan needed two star players, Vieira and Imbrahimovic and the almost got them. However, while Garriani, the boss of AC Milan was hesitating about the price, Marathi, the boss of Inter Milan which is the biggest competitor to AC Milan, rapidly “snatched” both Vieira and Imbrahimovic. Here we can see that a good boss can never be too steadfast.

 

Last but not the least, a good boss must respect and trust his subordinates. It is coordination that enables a boss to communicate with others in his company. It’s conceivable that a group without coordinates can in no way cooperate harmoniously. So a good boss must be the one that knows to be down to earth.

 

These reasons above make a boss the person admired by the world and have such an influence on his employees that hey are willing to make the company the best as the best can be.

不要boss来boss去的,用manager/entrepreneur好一些。

写的挺好. 最好再pay attention一些句子和词汇就更好了. 我改了一下第一段(其时你写的也挺好了).

Hence, a leader’s quality inevitably plays a significant role in succeeding in company management. From my perspective, I acclaim leaders equipping with following capabilities. )
