答案是C    我犹豫在C&D之间   C 是他因削弱 

我觉得D也是他因     说明这段时间坐车人数增加是周期性导致的  并不能说明是the mayor’s publicity campaign  导致的结果呀 

请各位指教

我觉得D是在支持啊?D说早班公交车的数量没有变,更说明了题干所指的驾车人数减少的量=坐公交车人数增加的量,不是因为公交车数量增加的原因,反而又减少了一个削弱题干的他因。我没太明白你说的那个“我觉得D也是他因,说明这段时间坐车人数增加是周期性导致的”的意思。我们可以再探讨一下

我觉得D里说与去年同期相比车数没变有点跑题了,而且没有削弱呀。。。

不好意思。。。。我搞错了  D中车次和去年同期没改变 不是坐车的人数  实在抱歉。。
