选E，是说大部分外国电影选送的category竞争力更大，在这些category里不管是外国电影还是本国电影的rate都低。因为大部分外国电影都选择了这些rate低的category，所以导致外国电影的总体rate低。

b是说数字，不是rate。不管数字大小，rate是不受影响的。是rate决定哪些电影入选，不是数字。

domestic - 100 films sent and 80 accepted

then foreign movie acceptance rate is 38/110 while domesic is 83/110...

恩~~实在搞不懂,

category A- 30% acceptance rate

那么 D的就是11/20  > F的就是38/110  不是也可以解释了么?

答案是E，最简单的想法是，都有100片子，domestic 90部在high rate 90 %组； 10部在low rate 组10%， Foreign正好相反，10部在high rate 组， 90部在low rate 组， 你算算吧，就很简单了， Domestic 82/100   ; Foreign 18/100
