搞不懂题目最后几句话的意思，

支持电视的经费面临下降，所以去艺术馆的人会减少，所以用于艺术的经费应该分配给电视，

不明白这个怎么推理的，电视经费下降，怎么推理到去艺术馆的人会减少？而前面又说看电视和去艺术馆的人的增减变化趋势是一致的，那么去艺术馆的人减少了，看电视的人也应该减少啊，那怎么推理出用于艺术的经费应该分配给电视？

    虽然argu的推理就是有问题的，但是应该是表面看上去有一定道理的，所以我认为是我没搞清楚题目的意思，劳大家指点，谢谢！

经费少了节目就少了，节目少了看的人就少了，根据前面所谓的立论：看电视节目the visual arts 的人数和去museum的人数成相关正比，那么，看节目人数少了，去museum的人数当然也少了，所以说要求把对艺术的投资转到tv上去。
