我1月在美国考,问题还是听力完全不知所云...........请问哪里有听力词汇噢?是不是背了就能听懂大段子?(我能听懂friends,但TOEFL段子专业词太多,真的很痛苦)
请问有解决的办法吗?

我2月考，在荷兰。比起在北美的哥哥姐姐们，我们这里可是惨多了，没有几个人考托，不管了，反正我要考。还请大家多帮忙， 感激不尽！

考完已经快一个月了，本想拿到作文成绩在写的，由于一个特殊情况，不得不赶快给大伙说一声。我是2004.1.7考的，成绩为：22，11（11——28），30。由于支票忘了签名，到现在也没有收到成绩，sigh...

昨天同考的一个室友收到了他的成绩，很不幸，作文只有3.0分。他的英文写作能力很强，雅思还有原来的TOEFL作文成绩都是高分，只有一个理由——模板才有可能导致这个结果。

现在我非常担心我的作文成绩，因为我也套了模板。发这个文章主要是想给大家提个醒，一定要慎用模板，ETS抓的真是很厉害呀，不想赌运气的话，还是自己做些东西安全。

谢谢楼上的信息，我个人认为大家参考了很多牛人的模板，还是应该修改一个属于自己的模板。这样用起来也踏实，而且有变化了可能还得高分。但还有一点要注意，就是作文的理由和展开是不是充分，这个更重要。因为托福作文毕竟还是八股文，所以结构基本不会变化，所以才有模板一说，但有人得高分，有人得分比较低，还在于理由的发挥，展开的是否充分，从而也就冲破了模板的局限。

几经波折，终于在考完的40天后查到了分数：257， 作文4.5。


还是被作文拖了后腿，太累了，不想再考了，又想赶今年九月入学，只有抓紧写申请了。


事后我们一起考的四个人讨论了一下作文模板（3个得分相同—4.5，一个3分），大家都用了模板，采用了5段论。只是得3分的写的作文题目是agree/disagree型的，这也是考前大家最希望遇到的类型，因为模板好套呀，特别是第一段。所以第一段他写的很长很顺手，用的是网上最通用的几个模板的整合，作了些删减—主要变化都是在第一段。我们其余几人遇到的第一段都没能套入事先准备的模板，像我发呆了2分钟后，就直接说了句现在有什么问题，我的意见是什么就算写完了第一段。


后面四段大家套的模板无论是字数还是句式，单词可以说是一摸一样了。至于自己发挥的那些部分，论点都是集体讨论好的，写作水平还是得3分的最强。所以我们的结论是模板的第一段至关重要，一定不能让ETS的打分人有你套了模板的想法。这样大家只要不被认为套模板，应该可以凭模板稳守4.5分。第一段的写法实在不行，我觉得不想5分的也可以参照我的做法，高手勿用。


尽量少用那些言之无物的废话在第一段：


for example:     on the one hand, some people think that...;on the other hand, others might feel that . different people hold different views due to distinguished background.


个人意见，虽然俺知道有很多朋友可能也用这些句子得了高分，可是俺的同学也是倒在了这些句子构成的模板上（也可能是俺们四个人第一段改的还不足够好吧）。

Admittedly, there is no denying that in certain conditions. However, this alone is too weak to sufficiently support the point. When the advantages and disadvantages of the two views are carefully compared, the most striking conclusion is obvious.

    


To sum up, given the reasons discussed above, which sometimes intertwine to form an organic whole and thus become more convincing, we can safely arrive at the conclusion that     .further more, not only I prefer to         , but I also support         as         as possible.


    


我在GMAT中用的也是这个模板，几乎一字未改，作文得分也是4.5分。所以将它推荐给了俺同学，没想到反而害了他，sigh...
