形容词principled: based on or manifesting objectively defined standards of rightness or morality 个人理解：说个不适用在这个ESSAY中的例子吧，讲错了尽管拍。。。呵呵。。。比如打群架的头头，应该说在小团体中间也是有“领导力”吧，不过这类例子不合适在BUSINESS SCHOOL 申请中用。。。

Dear prospective Penn Staters, just a kind reminder that if you want to submit your application on the first round, please make sure you submit it two days before the deadline, especially if you are in China now.

On that night, hundreds of applications will come in, and it is very possible that the system will crash. I faced the same problem before, it's so scary.  You don't want to risk your full assistantship!

Can not choose the School Code!!

On the Smeal MBA program application form, step 2. The School Code
Search can not find my school. The "Embark Field Chooser Page" tells me
that "If search continues to return zero results, please search under
"other institutions attended" and select OTHER INSTITUTIONS ATTENDED".

The problem is Where is the "other institutions attended"??? There is no such option on the application page.

It's highly urgent since the applicaiton deadline is approaching!!
