我现在碰到一个问题，Arizona University和Michigan State University都需要TOEFL成绩，我的成绩早过期了，而且我已经告诉了他们我有美国的graduate degree，郁闷，正在沟通中

请问各位过来的NN碰到这种情况，如果系秘执意不行，我是否可以跨过她向其他人问讯，比如直接找教授？

That's school policy. Unless you have an exceptional background, most time you can not get favor from school.

起码MSU是不需要tofel的，如果你在美国有master学位，我确定

我收到了University of Arizona的回复，可以免TOEFL，但是不能免TSE。Michigan State University还没回复，已经一周了。下面是email:

There is no waiver of the TOEFL test--you will need to retake it and submit the official score.

是可以申请点更好的学校，然后去掉自己即使申请到了也不会去的。

ifdb MM, i think you have pretty good background. I am a little conservative. Just like what ProfCPA said, I might have more than necessary safe schools in that list. So, trust yourself and good luck!
