正在写奖学金申请的essay，毫无头绪。如果是你，会从哪些角度来写下面这些topics呢？跨界跑来北美版，希望CD的牛牛们能给些建议，谢一个先哈

1. "Leadership in an era of Globalization"  Include in your essay the criteria that you would use to select a future global leader, and why
2. "What are the top three driving issues (political, economic, social, etc) of your country? Explore one of them in depth, drawing upon professional and personal experiences to discuss how you would address it."
3. "How will you, post the IMD MBA, make a difference in your home country?"
