这道题b选项在题中已经被否定了，不知大家有没有仔细读题，country y has experienced the same climatic conditions,所以不管b中是内陆还是沿海，他的气候条件是一样的这是给定的假设

D是他因，B能不能也算是一种他因，只是联系不如D紧密而以？

我觉得B是他因，但是题目主要强调干旱是不是有影响，所以地理位置不考虑，只考虑种什么耐不耐旱
