A lot of people say that C is correct because:
If the tour buses only spend about 1/4 of the time on driving from 1 site to another, then it means that about 3/4 of the time, the buses will idle next to the building.
With a new parking lot, approximately 3/4 of the damage will go away because the buses will idle in the parking lot instead.

要是这么解释的话 E也对啊

C: BUSES 在少于总时间的1/4的时间里用来运送乘客，言下之意，BUSES有3/4 的时间用来闲逛，所以加强结论，建停车场会大大减少废气。

C强调的是idling的时间有四分之三——强调了闲逛的时间很长，如果减少这个闲逛时间，会大大减少exhaust
E说的是一些旅游巴士在找不到停车位的时候会去闲逛——没有说这个闲逛的时间是多久，而且E选项在原文中已经有陈述了：'so most buses have idled at the curb during each stop on their tour'

能不能解释一下B为什么不对啊

这道题比较难分辨的选项是C 和 E，
E是典型的trap answer 我也选错了 后来在国外GMAT论坛看到了解释

some most 出现都很小心，这里的some 我们不知道多少 如果只是5% 10%的bus这样，似乎对于减少损害的帮助就很小。所以不能用作为+加强选项，但也不是- 削弱选项哦。

如果bus 在Palitito's 的时间是20小时的话，根据C选项的是意思就是，Drive 的时间是5小时，idling 的时间是15小时。所以有了停车场后，ilding 的时间没了，Bus只有在drive 的那5小时产生废气，原来是20小时都产生废气

E选项除了some有问题之外，其实并没有提供除了题干之外的信息，只是再重复argument中的内容。起不到加强作用
