现在的老板答应给写一封推荐信；另外一封想找以前清华的导师，他也是我第一份工作的大老板, 但感觉导师对我了解不深。我在做硕士论文时是跟一个韩国博士后合作的，他现在回国在韩国的FDA工作，跟他私交比较深，而且觉得找这韩国人是不是头衔响亮一点？请大家指点，是请清华教授写呢，还是请韩国朋友写呢？多谢～～

Yes, one of the recommendation letters will be writen by my present boss, CEO of our company.

I just can not decide choosing who to write my second recommendation letter.

I would recommend staying away from any academic recommenders.

You mean I should choose neither of them? I also think of asking some leaders of my volunteer orgainzation to write recommendation letters for me. They are some Chinese students studying abroad. Do you think that would be more helpful than the academic recommenders?

Definitely. Your transcript and test scores should demonstrate your academic ability. Recommendations should present different aspects of you in the professional world and complement the rest of your application.
