Would you support or oppose to locate a new university in my community? When asked about such question, people may find it hard to be consensus due to their conflict experience. A new university can create new opportunities for graduated students to continue their school life. Thus, I believe that building a new university in our community would benefit our locals more than the negative side effect influenced by the school.

 

 

 

Firstly, university means the source of knowledge and the academic place for young elites all around the world to train and improve themselves. With the new academic school, surely there would attract more people to our community who is intellectual and ability. When they graduate, perhaps they will reside in our region and create new companies with advanced technique and method of management. If that comes true, we can imagine that our local economy will certainly be brought to a fresh and energetic situation.

 

 

 

Moreover, benefit brought by a new college may not only locate in the finance field but also will improve our residents' life in other aspects. Local parents can send their children to this university for their further and better education. As the increasing of community dwellers' education level, general quality of life in our community will no doubt be higher.

 

 

 

On the other hand, disadvantages of this new university can not be ignored just because of the benefits it brings to us. The immigration of people may leads to other troubles. Such as the increasing of crime rate, problem of unemployment, bad life style brought by the students in other region and so on and so forth. We should be ware of such problems and take steps to reduce and solve the negative side effect influenced by the college.

 

 

 

Above all, the decision of building a new university in our community should be a wise one. Despite the possible harm of the college, I think the benefits will overweigh the negative side.
