发fax要求ETS寄成绩，有时间规定吗？还是1天24小时，1个礼拜7天都可以的啊？另外，发到美国的传真，可不可以用IP电话卡发？具体步骤是什么啊？

My experience is the most efficient way is to make a phone call to them. For toefl, you need to pay additional $12 for each call, each call you can order 6 schools' report. for GMAT, seems no additional fee charged but more reliable and faster. I first faxed to order GMAT report, but after 4 weeks, it ended up nothing sent. Then I called, only five days school received the score.
