078 Is it more important to be able to work with a group of people on a team or to work independently? Use reasons and specific examples to support your answer.

Some people are likely to work in a team while others prefer to work independently. As far as i am concerned, i agree with the former because both the whole team and
the individual will benefit a lot from the cooperation.

First of all, teamwork plays an important role in the development of society. Many great achievements in the history should be ascribed to the teamwork. For instanse, the spaceship, the useful tool for exploring the outer space, comes from cooperation. It is hard to imagine that the spaceship could be sent into space if the scientists do not unite together to solve problem and every engineer only care for his/her own task. Likewise, the company also put emphasis on teamwork because it could improve efficiency and quality. Take the production of computer software for example, in the beginning, the planner need to anylase the market and propose the requirement. Then the programmer complete the code and the tester check and fix the bugs. Only after these steps could the software be put into market. In this view, it is the efforts of whole team that create a successful software. Perhaps this is the reason why there are so many employees in great computer companies.

Moreover, the individual could make great progress in the process of teamwork. On the one hand, one could learn colleague's virtues through cooperation. For example, a beginner could learn from the experienced programmer how to code with the least mistakes. And a conservative person might have new ideas gradually when working
with a creative teammate. On the other hand, you could get much help from the team in the face of trouble. A problem difficult enough for you might mean nothing for another person. For example, when i was involved in a project last year, i had difficulty in drawing by computer. My partner introduced a drawing software for me and instucted me how to use it, which saved me a lot of time and energy.

In sum, as a saying goes, " three heads are better than one". It makes good sense to work in a team rather than by oneself.

Some people are likely to work in a team while others prefer to work independently.(Do not just copy what was said in the topic! work together = work collectively; work independently = work individually = work on one's own.) As far as i(I) am concerned, i agree with the former  (one) because both the whole team and the individual will benefit a lot from the cooperation.

(Hmmmm... What can I say... Your opening is not bad, but not attraive enough either. A good opening includes: main idea about the topic / the merits that the side, which you don't agree, has / why you choose the other side of the coin / summarize the reasons/explaanations you are going to talk about(opition, but recommended).)

In sum, as a(the) saying goes, " three heads are better than one"(two heads are better than one OR there is strength in numbers). It makes (a) good sense to work in a team rather than by oneself.

Advices:

1. 最最最最明显的问题，是the用得太乱了。(中间两段尤其明显…没改…)

2. 我劝lz还是先不要狂写作文了，先多看看作文书上是怎么写的。推荐：胡敏高分作文
