以前关于这道题的讨论都是less 和 pollutants可数不可数问题

实在找不到我的问题, 所以"自立门户"咯  请版主见谅啊

E选项:

those 指代vehicles ;  powered by natural gas 和 burning gasoline 都是修饰vehicle(those)的

那么, 主干为...vehicles emmit less than those...

those是否缺少动词的补出呢?

对这个问题　我也有同样的　　困惑～

助动词部出是可以省略的，不过这题如果有do的话当然更好，因为作为主语的比较助动词都是尽量补出，若不会造成歧义，才有可能不补
