E 好像推不出来。 举个极端的例子，假如Merton County 99％的人都是more than 40000, 只有1％的人是低于40000的，没有高于60000的，但Sommer County虽然有5％的人高于60000，但两级分化严重，没有在40000-60000之间的，剩下的人都低于40000。 很明显还是Merton 的平均水平高呀。

推算下来应该是B，Merton County 的 annual income of more than $40,000，有两种情况，一种其中有一部分人工资在40000-60000之间，如果这样，B就对了。

另一种情况是所有Merton county的人都在60，000以上，这样也算是more than  40，000 的，但这就与下文说sommer county 的 60，000以上的比例最多不符合了。

所以一定有在40000-60000之间的人。

不知道这样推测对不对，这道题目搞得很。

理由很简单,因为40000以上的比例最高但60000以上的比例不是最高,用4万以上的比例减去6万以上的,就是4万到六万的,可以推知的是4万以上的比例一定大于6万以上的,所以这个差不为0,所以只有B

D不对。 从题干得不出80000以上的百分比啊？楼上

d的选项有问题，可能是in Merton County 有一些超过8000的，而在in Sommer County没有一个超过8000的，这样d不就是错误了吗
而b是肯定对的，有了这个some大多就可以选了

I do agree with D. the percentage of households with an annual income of $60,000 or more is highest in Sommer County. Note "$60,000 or more is the highest".
No other countries could compete with S at this point.
