附件是学校网站提供的press kit，简单地说，IMD最吸引我的地方是其“人性化”：表现在课程设置、校友网络、career service……从预申请开始的几乎每一个环节都能感受到这种personal care & attention。而每一次和校友、员工的沟通也能更多地了解到学校的特质，并进一步衡量自己的匹配度。It's a very humane school focusing on "creative leadership". If you value in-depth interaction in a close-knit community, you'll like IMD. But it's not an ideal place for career switchers and the majority of graduates will go into industries.

On the other hand, what the school is looking for from the applicants are: inspiration, maturity, diligence, team-work spirit, leadership experiences, cross-cultural sensitivity. They expect the candidates to have a certain degree of commitment even before applying to the school, i.e. we have to spend a lot of time to do the research, alumni networking, etc. It's a serious decision & a heavy investment. The average yield rate is around 85%.

I like its 6-months startup project especially, in which you and your team will work closely with real startup company to gain real experience and valuable insight of setting up and developing one company. In additional, family-like atmosphere is really one distinguished character of IMD
